Amazing and friendly staff. Brilliant location. I felt for the time of year and v where we’ve stayed in the past it was a little pricey but no issues with the place. It’s a bit of a vintage style hotel, very cozy yet everything was clean and well kept. Beautiful sights from the room, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Enough play activities for kids, inside and outside. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Great pool area and outside jacuzzi with mountain backdrop is like a dream.
