Great hotel. Rooms super clean which is a big plus from me. We had great view over the city. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was good, try the fried bread! It sounds weird but was delicious! Hotel is about 20 minutes walk down hill to the old town. Coming back is up hill, so we rathered to take the car. The parking was only one euro per hour. Would recommend!

Narcis was very arranging and kind, apartment was perfect (actually too big, there was an extra room since we were only 2). He let us leave our stuff after check-out so we could visit Mostar. 100% would recommend.

We were greeted by extremely friendly staff at the reception upon our late arrival. The rooms were very clean, well-kept, and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The hotel also had an elevator. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food, including delicious local pastries. The parking behind the hotel was huge and fenced - private. There was a direct entrance from the parking lot at the back of the hotel. Great location as it’s only 150m from the old bridge and the city center. I've never felt more welcome at a hotel. We we greeted and welcomed as if we were old friends coming to visit. The manager and the staff really did everything to make us feel at home.They helped us with transportation, suggested sights and upgraded us to a larger room with a private terrase. Before arriving they were also very helpful - and super fast - with suggesting different kinds of transportation through Bosnia. The hotel is located in the center of the old town, very closed to the old bridge. We had a very nice dinner at the hotel with local dishes and delicious local wine. The breakfast is also very nice with many local dishes - and again; the staff was really friendly!

We felt at home in the facility, everything in the apartment was new and had everything we needed. We stayed in the studio apartment, it was very spacious. The location was 5 minutes from the bridge, in a quiet place on its own street away from the noise, which was very good. Also, the apartment was in a private area, which felt us safer. The train station is 20 minutes away by foot, the patisserie and the market are 2 minutes away, there is also a very cute cafe a little further. The manager was really nice, we had a few requests and he was really helpful. We were able to get answers to all our questions immediately. If we come again, I definitely wouldn't look for another place. (The large window provides privacy because it doesn't show the inside, but for those like me who can't sleep in the light, it would be a plus to put up a curtain:).
