Everything ! The size of the room, which was well equipped even with Netflix on a big screen TV ! After weeks backpacking it was a luxury ! The private shower with hot water, the AC and the wifi working great, ... everything was perfect ! Sonia accommodated my needs and answered all my questions prior to arriving. I had an amazing stay at this hostel in San Ignacio, Belize. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was chill, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious. They also offered great activities like trips to the ATM cave. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting San Ignacio.

Bella’s is in an excellent location and is ideal base for exploring San Ignacio and the surrounding region. The hostel is well laid out with clean bathrooms and plenty of space. Staff were friendly, their focus was on creating a party atmosphere and getting everyone to socialise, so if you were looking to go out or make friends its a great spot, but if you’re looking for something low-key there was no pressure to drink which was appreciated.

- Fantastic quiet location with wonderful views - Walking distance from Xunaantunich, our favorite Maya site in Belize (el Castillo!) - Good breakfast and dinner, basic but inexpensive - Dominic the philosopher is funny, intelligent and very honest (we did not have the luck to meet his wife) Very recommended, value for money!

The landlord was friendly and provided us with valuable local information related to obtaining cheap taxi rides to Benque or the border with Guatemala, it saved us atleast an hour. The room is exactly as the photos provided on the site. It was clean and tidy. Wifi reception was excellent. There are quite a few eateries and pubs around withing 300-500 meters. Cahal Pech Archeological Site is around 1km from this location. Sufficient clothes hangars provided.

Our whole stay was exceptional. The hotel is located on this beautiful land with a mix of jungle, farm field and various cultivated trees. The accommodation is very clean. The included breakfast is huge and excellent. For this budget you won’t find better place. The owner (Dominic) is really kind, relax and friendly. It is a must GO.
