Everything was great! Lovely old chalet in the centre of Interlaken. Easy walk to both train stations. Very clean, plenty of beds. Owner was extremely helpful on the day we arrived. All communication was clear, friendly and fast. Great for a large group. PS There is now a coffee maker :)

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The kitchen is well equipped, and the apartment offers a good level of comfort overall.     What a great apartment close to Interlaken! A super easy walk to the main street / locations in Interlaken (& walk to bottom station of Harder Kulm). But, this felt more relaxing & tucked away from all of the tourists. Large apartment with plenty of space for gathering / eating (family of 6). Highly recommend staying here!
