Superb hotel in a stunning location. The staff were tremendously helpful - sorted our park tickets and transfers without a hitch. The pool was a godsend after a day's hiking, and the breakfast was top-notch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely return!

Our stay was really comfortable in the amazing apartment with balcony on the top of the building. We're not Chinese speaking, so we were a little bit worried, how to communicate with the property and find the important for our travel information. Happily Lily contact us preliminary our stay and helped very much with tickets, restaurants, Wechat and so on. Hotel driver met us in the airport for free. Just in 30 minutes we arriver to the hotel. Hotel situated not far from one of the gates to the Park Zhangjiajie. Free Transfer to the park also was provided by the hotel. Room is very comfortable, we liked a lot the toilet. It's opens himself and with heated seat. It was cool. :-) room was very clean and every day fresh fruits were waiting for us.

Amazing location, beautiful views from rooftop terrace. Nice breakfast, staff was super friendly and helped us book our tickets to National Park. Room was spacious with all amenities we needed during our stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location was great - opposite of the entrance to the Tianmen Mt. cablecar. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms were clean, with great water pressure in the shower. Could leave my luggage before and after check in/out.

Beautiful place with amazing view, especially in the morning with a mist. The hotel was super cozy and comfortable. Clean and big. Antony is the best host I've met in China so far (and I've been here for 6 years) Popeye (the cute doggie) is the best marketing manager and entertainer you can find on bookings. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

The location is absolutely perfect, quite close to the Tianzi mountain cablecar, Yuanjiajie and Yangjiajie. Gorgious view on the mountains and the tea plantations, it is very quiet (the silence is absolute), away from the crowds, it is peace of heaven. You can take a walk around easily, no tourists are there, only local people. The house caretakers are very welcoming, super kind, always helpful, always available to accomodate you as much as possible. The food is delicious, the products are organic and local, and you can definitely tell (the eggs, the chicken, the mushrooms have an incredible taste) ! The bed are very comfy, I slept like a baby. +++: they adopted little puppies the day I was living. They are so cute, I am in love <3
