Superb Guest House at the Elephantile island in a Nubian village setting, across the Ferry from KFC,10 mts, then 10 mts walk, Modern rooms, very clean, superb garden setting, great wall nubian paintings, magical terrace sit out, all very colourfully lit. since no vehicles of any type, very quiet. big room tastefully furnished, powerfull shower. booked group Van tour with the Guest house for Abu Simbel. Best part of our stay, two dinners & one lunch we had at King Jamaica restaurant, on River, where the jetty lands for the island ie 10 mts walk. superb Nile views, great Fish & succulent beef meals. No alchohol, value for money, great music.

JJ (owner of the house) and his family are the best. They are very friendly, wellcoming, nice and kind. Most of the rooms has a good vieiw of Nile. There is air condition in the room also an extra fan with remote control. The hotel is new so every thing works properly. They offer a free Nile tour to guests. Also they prepared a breakfast basket for me before i check out early in the morning. What can i say, it was really one of the best experiences in my life. Thanks for every thing

The place looks very authentic with an amazing view on a farm and the Nile The personnel was really friendly and helpful. Quality of services was so good for the price. We recommend to try the food. Really tasty sustainable, organic food for a very reasonable price. We had a really warm welcome with sherif and his lovely dog zazu. Sherif was really helpful answering all of our requests and giving us travel advice and contacts Over all there is a very relaxed vibe to escape the hectic rest of egypt

Our stay at Kashta Guest House on Elephantine Island, Aswan, was fantastic. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the start. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious local flavors. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere,, yet still close to the main sights. The location on the west bank, what for me was more interesting, is a small village, relax place and great view for Nile and the city. David and his wife are incredibly helpful when it comes to traveling Aswan on a budget. They organized tours for me during the entirety of my stay and at the cheapest price possible. You cannot find these deals anywhere else and they were very nice about everything. I'd recommend this place to any budget traveler.

Easy to get to location just off from the south port for the elephantine ferry as it is the building following your first left. Ferry was only 10egp for visitors and was very easy for accessing the east bank. The room was spacious with two comfortable beds and a very efficient air conditioning system. Hosts were very friendly and helpful for booking an affordable trip to Abu simbel. Definitely would stay at this venue again.

Perfect location. It’s beautiful, the room is big, the balcony is super lovely, the rooftop is amazing, their prices for food and tours are really affordable and cheap. I loved how peaceful it was. I was just chilling in the balcony looking at the Nile and felt so incredibly good. Thanks for eveything!
