I have absolutely nothing to complain about... super friendly staff at the reception, great breakfast (we even got some home-made apple pie), perfect location, comfortable room. I can recommend it 100%!

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and located in a great spot on the outskirts of Madrid. It had all the amenities we needed. The kids especially loved the wide selection of toys and the smart TV with apps to keep them entertained. The beds and sofa were super comfy, making our stay even more relaxing. It is a small charming hotel perfect for our needs. We needed a nearby town to spend the night before our flight and chose Aranjuez—the Palace and Gardens are gorgeous even in winter. I think we may have been the only guests midwinter midweek. I enjoyed a nice hot bath.

Aranjuez is a gem - easy to get around and relaxing. The hostal is in an excellent location to explore the town on foot. The public areas are very charming; our room is basic but comfortable and clean. Communication was great and the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good: good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice and choice of a toasted ham and cheese sandwich or croissant. This part of town is not hard to drive around in.. In April, we didn't have much difficulty finding a parking spot on the street a few blocks away and we left it there for 2 nights.
