I have stayed here, several times, and service is always exceptional. From the moment you enter the hotel, the staff makes you feel very special. My experience at the Savrupson Heritage Home was lovely. In every city that I visited during my trip to India I tried to stay in small and friendly places that allowed me to connect with Indian culture and, this was one of the places where I found this. Dinesh, his wife and family are very kind and friendly people, they make you feel at home. The bedroom, bathroom and other areas of the house are immaculate. The gardens are beautiful. I loved the hospitality of the phenomenal staff. They were extremely helpful and hospitable and accommodated all of our needs so swiftly. From providing us with an iron to bringing up extra towels and other items, no request was too big. The breakfast was out of this world and the variety was just perfect. From the karak cha stand to the freshly made aloo piranthas and lassi, service was always with a smile. There is no other place to stay in Jalandhar. The assistant manager, Mr. Manjeet Kumar deserves a special thanks due to his fantastic attention to detail, and it is clear that the staff are managed effectively and want to provide the best service possible too.
