Anna was so helpful beforehand with restaurant tips and information and very friendly. The hotel is in a great position in the old centre with lovely restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and has everything you need for a short stay, even a kettle in the room!

It was immaculate and the most comfortable bed. The host Monia is excellent. So friendly and willing to assist with everything. I can’t fault it. Would be hard to find if you weren’t taken there. Excellent position if you are pre or post cruise.

Paolo was an absolute gem. Probably hands down the best host I have ever experienced. He picked us up from the train station. He showed us around a little. Then gave us suggestions on where to sight see. Took us to a restaurant for dinner that he highly recommends. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment while we went and looked at the sights. He then drove our luggage to the cruise terminal. The apartment was better than I imagined. It was huge. Clean, very well equiped and feels homely. The apartment is a very easy flat ground 8 minute walk to the cruise terminal. I can not recommend this gem of a place enough. Paolo speaks Italian and uses google translate. He is extremely patient with communication and looks for alternate ways to help you. Well done Paolo and thank you so much for your hospitality. Fabulous room, we had a junior suite with sea view balcony. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. Ideal seafront location, 2 minute walk from the train station but no noise from the trains in the room. 5 minute drive from the cruise port. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect/ nestled in a beautiful side street away from the noise but close to restaurants. The room was very clean, modern and just like the pictures. The breakfast offered a lot of choices. The staff were very friendly and arranged a transfer by van right to the port where we got our cruise - 10 euros each - very affordable and on time.

The property was spotless. Very comfortable with everything you would need for a break. The location was ideal with restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. Our host, Fabio, was fantastic and couldn’t have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all our friends and family.

The location in the centre of Civitavecchia was ideal. Close to all amenities. We were basically resting for a day just ahead of our cruise. Our host Federica made sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions about the area. She even drove us to the ship for our departure! The apartment was very clean and bright. A beautiful stay. Highly recommended.
