The hotel is very modern and clean. The pool was also very clean and offers a great view over the countryside. We had the same beautiful view from the balcony of the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were a little sick when we arrived so the staff provided us with tea and medicine. We would choose this hotel again on our next trip. We loved everything with this house and the host, and wished we had booked more than one night! The house and garden was beautiful and it instantly felt like “home”. Close to town but off all the noisy roads. The rooms were good and had everything we needed, one with an ac. In the morning she came and made breakfast for us! We had forgot a bag 3h away with tuktuk, and they helped us with a driver who picked it up for us in just a few hours! This saved a whole day traveling for us and was more than we could ask for! Thank you! ❤️

Absolutely perfect staff lead by Mr White, great chef Raji and mr Raja. Hospitality and effort given for service of our family was just splendid. Kindness and professionalism of Mr White who will provide help anytime you ask. Buildings are quite old but in perfect location - away from noise with spectacular view you will have during the breakfast on terrace. Even local dog "Blacky" is sweet and makes you feel safe.

the room was spacious, modern and very clean. The hosts are absolutely amazing!! we did a cooking class and loved it! amazing dinner and breakfast. It has been our favourite stay of our Sri Lanka trip. cannot recommend them enough. 11/10!

The owners were very nice, they helped us in trouble when we had a flat tire and needed to arrange a train ticket. The food was excellent. Everything was negotiable. Great location for a trip to the tower. The house was very clean and the room equipment was good, we used the fan on warm days. There is a train station and lots of shops nearby. The whole stay was absolutely great.
