Loved the place and Tony is a fantastic host that cares about guests having the best of their time while in Jaffna. Location was perfect, 50mts from the bus stop, in a quite area in front of a gorgeous park and a very short walk or bike ride from restaurants and the city centre and fort. Tony and his partner were super helpful with any matter or question I had. They helped me arrange a bicycle to go around town, a tuktuk tour of the northern side of the peninsula, and find good dining spots. Breakfast was good, based on local foods - they even made it take away on my last day as I had an early bus. I had a private bathroom, which was perfectly clean and the shower was great. Although my room was in the ground floor, I never had any issues with noise coming from common areas.

This is an exceptional place where you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of every day life, where you are lulled to sleep at night the sound of waves. The eco-conscious huts are exceptionally well made and comfortable. Staff are universally friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Do not miss the cuttlefish curry which is to die for. The very friendly owner went out of his way to help me plan my days in Jaffna. Highly recommended

The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. Helpful property manager (Mathushan) who was always around and willing to assist. Fantastic Jaffna breakfast served when ordered the night before. Clean indoor swimming pool (though not very deep) to help relieve from the Jaffna sun. Great rooms and bathroom. Interesting local art/photos on the walls as well.

Very clean, modern house and the family is very nice and super friendly. They made you feel welcome and helped with finding my way around Jaffna by letting me know bus times etc to go to Nainathive. Shared some puja food as well and it was a great experience. They also made sure that tea is available before I left even though it was super early morning. Thank you very much for your hospitality and would love to come back!
