Clean and modern apartment / condominium, in a house with several apartments. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony. Located a bit outside of town, but with a car, easy to get to shops and restaurants. Ideal for TWO people. We were a family of four, with our two adult kids. The two bathrooms are a huge benefit! BUT: double-check with hosts, whether the sofa bed can be used. We were not able to use it, because some springs were missing. ;-) Alternatively, they offer an inflatable mattress. Support from the agency (Simply Rented) via booking.com was very kind - thank you! We knew that there were no doors, the double-bed being located upstairs. That wasn't an issue for us. But, be aware that - as soon as someone makes breakfast in the kitchen - everybody will hear that.

Extremely spacious and highly convenient apartment. It was located in a wooded area, and thus a bit dark inside, but thanks to this it remained pleasantly cool even during the heat wave days. Mammoth Lakes turned out to be a much nicer town than expected, and it made a superb base for nature trips, including to the Yosemite NP, and sightseeing a wider region (e.g. Bodie, Mono Lake). There was plently of parking space just in front of the apartment. Wifi worked perfectly. The apartement had all the modern ammenities, including a very well equipped kitchen. A particular bonus was that all minor household utensils (spare toilet papers, dustbin bags, washing liquid, sponge, etc.) were provided, as typically one has to shop for them, loosing little money, but much time at the beginning of stay. Communication with the staff was quick and efficient (except for the invoice - see below).

The place was great overall, super convenient location. There were 5 of us (2 couples), everyone had their own room / loft space. 2 showers was great. Kitchen very well furnished, and we enjoyed the fireplace too.
