We had dinner reservation in their on site restaurant,the food was fantastic,dinner of 3 courses lasted almost 3 hrs,but there is no reason to rush anything or anywhere. The room we stayed in was a double bed room,not very big,but they have variety of options if you're staying longer then 1 night and want more spacious and comfortable room. This was definitely one of our best stays ever we've experienced so far. Strongly recommended for soul and body soothing individuals

It was a surprise for my girlfriend and staff helped me with arranging a special night. Beautiful stay at an amazing location. All the staff is very friendly and food / breakfast is really good. This farm stay has a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. The farm stay features family rooms. This is an excellent guest house. The owners are wonderful. The room is wonderful. And the wine tasting is perfect. I hate Chianti. I love Chianti Classico. You can figure that out when you get there. The drive to the hotel is a bit of fun if you like hill driving and the village is unreal. You cannot miss in San Sano. We will be back with friends. You should, too.

The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.

Francesco met us and helped us access the apartment and also assisted with the parking. Beautiful apartment and location was amazing. Highly recommended.
