This property is amazing with beautiful modern clean rooms - me and my friend each had a honeymoon suite which was right by the pool. Rooms were kept nice and cool by the AC and strong ceiling fan to beat the heat and humidity of outside. Lush green surroundings around the rest of the property too, living up to the name of the hotel perfectly! Location is great too - on a nice quiet street but only a couple of blocks away from all of the main action. What really stood out for us was the staff - absolutely incredible. The manager made sure to check in with us both before and during our stay and we were always greeted by big smiles from all the staff who remembered our names, and also greeted with nice cold towels when returning back from tours, which was a really nice touch. We could not believe the quality of the property and the service for the price! We would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do too!

All the staff was outstanding and you could see the dedication of every single person of the team, but I have to mention that Anna - our appointed concierge - was the best we have ever had, she was so kind and helpful, she always booked for us the best tables everywhere we wanted even if we announced her last-minute, she helped us have an outstanding experience and feel like royalties. We loved the serene and paradisiac feeling of the boutique hotel, the lush garden where the hotel is located, we loved the complimentary tuk-tuk service that was taking us in the evening to the restaurants and then back at the hotel whenever we wanted. The herbal press massage was an amazing experience, we loved the fact that we could go in the swimming pool directly from our balcony and the food at the restaurant was very good! We also appreciate the kind service provided by Mona at the restaurant. We also appreciated the DELICIOUS complimentary lunch with traditional khmer food we received before the car picked us up to go to the airport, the customer service provided by this hotel is first-class! Can't wait to be back to this hotel one day and we are so happy we discovered what an amazing country Cambodia is, it exceeded all our expectations.

All good treats: fruit provided at room, free drinks, and a botel of wine. The free laundry for unlimited need to be notednhere. The hotel also take care everthing for you. We booked one day tour to Angkor Wat by tuk tuk. The guide, Sinet is beyond good, he explained very well, know about country history, and take care his guests, my Mother who often need a break. Also the tuk tuk driver drove comfortably and ready with water for us after our sigthseeing. The hotel also helped us with arranging cooking class. It was a good one. So I definetely will recommend this hotel. This is my second visit to Siem Reap. When there is opportunity to be back, will definetely will stay again in this hotel. I salute Mr. David and his staffs for all their efforts to provide the best services to their guests.
