Most wonderful place I have visited, in the middle of nowhere but still in the middle of a paradise. Lovely and flexible owners and very warm welcoming.

We loved the Macaw Lodge and most specially the wooden cabanas made of splendid exotic wood, the natural pools and cascades accessible after easy walk through the jungle, excellent breakfast overlooking beautiful exotic gardens and ponds. The opportunity to watch Martin pêcheur d’amazonie every morning, toucans tocard, pic ouentou, jacana du Mexique, dendrocygne à ventre noir, onoré du Mexique (French names)...we also recommend strongly this place for the kindness of the staff.

Really great hotel. The rooms were huge and the beds were so comfortable! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We arrived just after they had finished serving dinner and they opened the kitchen back up to make us some dinner. The grounds were stunning and we saw so many birds and lizards when we were there - a birders paradise!

Such a wonderful green place on earth. We really enjoyed our stay at Selva Color. Sandra, Carmen and Carlos were very helpful and gave us some good recommendations on what to do in the area. There is a great pool area where we had a lot of fun with our children. We saw aras, a tortoise and squirrels. We stayed there for three nights and for two nights we got an upgrade to the pool villa which was really fantastic. A supermarket and some restaurants are only a five minute drive away. We can definitely recommend this resort.
