This is a stunning place in the heart of Sri Lanka, if you are a traveler, then this is the place for you! You are in a real jungle, you can see animals in the area, in two days we saw peacocks, monitor lizards, a rabbit, deer and even a turtle! However, you are completely safe, no one will bite or eat you, the territory is fenced. Lion Mountain and Pidurangala Mountain are very close, you can meet the sunrise on one, and the sunset on the other.

I stayed at this lovely guest house for three nights, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a bottle of water and a refreshing drink, a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. The guest house is family-run, and you can feel the warmth and care they put into making guests feel at home. All the family was very kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. They organized a tour for me to Pollonnaruwa at a very reasonable price, much more affordable than other options I found around. Breakfast was another highlight: plentiful, homemade, and prepared with fresh ingredients, I really enjoyed it! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and if you need a tuk-tuk or any other assistance, they are always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it’s a charming and welcoming place with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great location, within walking distance of Sigiriya/Lion Rock. Reachable from Dambulla either via bus or tuk tuk. The lodge has a sublime natural vibe, whilst still maintaining great amenities and neatness standards. Most importantly, the host was eager to assist with a multitude of additional activities available in the region - elephant safaris, massages, cooking classes and village tours, to name a few. Breakfast was also amazing, prepared on site using traditional means and recipes. Would recommend to anyone!

I stumbled upon this place by accident, but it was a perfect choice! The location is fantastic. Very close to major attractions, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop. Mr. Ajith is a very kind and helpful man. His mere presence lifted our spirits. The property itself is surrounded by tranquility and beautiful vegetation, which is cared for daily by the staff. The owner helped us arrange a wonderful safari at a very attractive price, with subsequent taxi transportation cheaper than Pickme! A place worth recommending. The unique aspect of being almost in a jungle yet having all the amenities of a hotel. The pool is great. The dinner is great. You will expect to encounter animals inside the vicinity such as squirrels, birds, dogs even a small white snake I saw, but that is part of the experience. The staff are very attentive. My favorite was the outdoor shower! The tree house is amazing for an evening!
