Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

There is a private bathroom with bidet in every unit, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Mr Chan is a godsend. My husband and I didn't expect to be spoilt rotten by his spectacular host abilities - from transporting us to and from the bus terminal, to cooking our daily breakfast, to pointing out the best slopes, sorting out ski/snowboard rentals and issues, even lending us bus money when we didn't have enough on the last day (which we paid back promptly). The room cleaning service was also very prompt. He even gave us onsen tickets on the last day??? There are no words to describe how grateful we are, no idea what we've done to deserve this. Rooms were super clean, neat, heated, and showering facilities were amazing. There was a dry room where our rented equipment were dropped off and picked up. The bus stop to Happo One (Nakiyama) slopes were just out the front door. This has been the best accommodation experience in our lives and we definitely will be back. It truly felt like a cosy home away from home. Thank you Mr Chan from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a great few days staying in the chalet. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located to access various hikes/trailheads, restaurants, supermarkets and other sites. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) were handy and we loved having the washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt and pepper. The fridge/freezer was large. We liked the keyless entry system. Finally, staff were very responsive and helped us ship our luggage with Yamato to our next destination.

Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.
