Reception staff are helpful and kind, I would highlight Sadaf /receptions lady/, and Suraj, Jamuna, Sabina for cleanliness. The point is, if Fujairah then Time Moonstone!!! I recommend to everyone! Bed is comfortable and big . Reception staff(Bushra, , Jay and all others) are helpful and friendly. House keeping supervisor Mr Imran was there for guest in case of enquiries or complaints.
