When I was planning my trip, i emailed or sent my questions via booking to a lot of places including hotels and attraction customer service. Rove at the park was one of the two which replied my email. They not only replied my email but also give me very detailed and clear instruction which helped me a lot. It was a pleasant experience during stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean. There was PS 5 and some other entertainment for kids.

A lot of activities. Food, view shattle bus Personel was great! Bam from Nepal was very helpful or guy from restaurant who looked exacly like Dev Patel from Newsroom who always made outstanding job.
