A member of the staff with whom I carried all the correspondence helped me with every bit of detail of our plan. We had them park our car on the ferry - no problems. The Shala river is a must do if you are in the north of Albania. It is stunning here. The hotel is in such a beautiful location that it’s hard not to love it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Yes, the prices of the hotels/food/drinks here are more expensive than other parts of Albania but that is because they are truly in the middle of nowhere and only accessible by boat! Plus, the prices are still very cheap if compared to Western Europe. My partner and I had a great time here!

Everything. Location, facilities and staff. Value for money including a generous breakfast to fuel we fools who trek the 1000m to the Valbona Pass. The views all round were superb. There was one young lady on staff who had super English and could not have done more to help. I even showed her how to make a Gin and Lemonade for my wife. Just lovely.
