The property was beautiful, well maintained and well presented. The owner arranged everything at very short notice late at night as many of the family members had travelled from various locations within both Victoria and NSW. Nothing was any trouble and the owners communication was prompt, polite and very compassionate towards our circumstances. This morning I met the cleaning staff and again nothing was any trouble and they were very polite, considerate and compassionate towards me in relation to our circumstances.

Spotlessly clean, very helpful staff, had everything you need, close to highway bit bedroom in back so not a problem, close to town, easy to find, excellent value for money.

For the price it was so clean and comfortable. Great value for money. If you have to stay in Ararat, I'd stay here again.

Staff very friendly and getting keys was quick and easy. Room was really nice, looked and smelled clean. The staff do a great job of maintaining the grounds! Also very quiet for a roadside motel. Would stay again or recommend to anyone in the area.

Lovely setting - enjoyed being next to the fields with the alpacas. Lots of wildlife, good bird watching. Nice view over mountains at sunset. Good location 30 mins from Halls Gap. Very clean and well-maintained. Comfortable bed. Well provisioned kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and cereal were a lovely bonus.
