We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. Thank you, Astoria team!

It is a great place with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities for a fulfilling relaxation. You get an indoor heated pool and two outdoor pools. Perfect vacation, we will definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just spent a week at this hotel and we are absolutely enchanted. It's rare to find a place that can meet every need of a family, but here they managed it perfectly! The first thing you notice is the impeccable cleanliness. From the rooms to the common areas, everything is always sparkling and tidy. Huge praise for the care of the outdoor areas and swimming pools, always perfect and inviting. One of the most appreciated features for our family was the division of the zones: the relaxation area and pool for adults only and the one dedicated to families. This genius idea allows everyone to enjoy their vacation in complete serenity. Congratulations for thinking of this important detail! The management of operating hours was also commendable. The pool bar closing at 10:00 PM is the ideal choice to ensure nightly rest. We slept in total silence every night, which is not a given in a family-friendly hotel. It was rejuvenating. A special thank you goes to the entire reception staff, always available, smiling, and professional. In particular, I would like to thank the Manager, Maria Yaneva: by listening to our needs, she personally and very promptly handled our request, offering and assigning us a more spacious apartment that was perfect for our family unit. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference and made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much for this fantastic experience. We will definitely return and will recommend your hotel to all our friends
