It was possible to drop our baggages before check in and it was so easy checkin and checkout. Staff was very polite and helpful. Cost effective way to stay in Switzerland than major cities like Zurich, Lucerne. Hotel location is just 30 mins away from Zurich by train and all long and short distance trains will stop at Olten which is really convienient.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Room was a bit smaller than your average hotel room, but on the other hand the bathroom was bigger than average. Parking in a garage right next to the hotel. Jacuzzi and infrared cabine available 24/7. Well received by the owner on arrival, very friendly. Even though the hotel is located right next to a hospital, it's very quiet and it did not disturb at any time.

The location was perfect for a stop off on our journey back to the UK. The hotel room and facilities were clean, modern and much better than the UK for anything like a similar price - superb. The staff were friendly, spoke excellent English and really knew how to deliver a quality service. We ate in the hotel and our food was as good as anything we had experienced during nearly a month away. A first class experience - very lucky to have found the place. Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.

It was our second time there. Same room, same excellent service. I highly recommend the hotel. It is hidden gem for families. We look forward to the next time that we will visit.
