Amazing breakfast! Beautiful grounds. The staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. Literally anything we felt we needed, they were able to help us get. We felt very well taken care of here. From organizing incredible guides, to helping with rentals, to accommodating dietary needs, the staff were always above and beyond.

Beautiful grounds, terrific location, and Edith was so pleasant! For a last-minute change to our itinerary, Edith was accommodating and willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay amazing. A very impressive meeting! The host Lolita was extremely caring, kind, and pleasant. I was delighted with the hospitality. I am amazed at how warmly I was greeted here! We very much enjoyed our stay at Chez Hiva. It is conveniently located for the airport, and the Ahu Tahai moai and the main shopping area of Hanga Roa are both within easy walking distance. We rented the Maíka duplex apartment, which was spacious and comfortably furnished. Our check-in went smoothly and Lorena the host was very helpful throughout our stay. The property is gated, so feels safe, and there is ample roadside parking outside, which is handy if you have a rental car.
