This place was absolutely fabulous. It's a very big enclosed ground with lots of trees and plants. Every house - with its spacious rooms and bathrooms - has its own parking spot and its own terrace with stunning view on the volcano. After our hikes we were able to rest at our terrace and be surrounded with lots of birds - especially hummingbirds! The location of the hotel is also great - you can easily get to a lot of restaurants by foot, La Fortuna is a 5 min drive and Arenal National Park is a 20 minute drive. The staff is also extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious and we really liked the swimming pool as well!

Got the thermal suite at a super good deal on Booking.com and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The private thermal pool was just amazing - soothes our tired legs after all the hiking. But even if you don't get the suite, you can still enjoy the public thermal pools which looks great too. Bed was ok, wifi was strong enough to stream videos. Their restaurant serves yummy food - the shrimp risotto is to die for!

Arenal Amor is an incredible piece of paradise! The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. I made a non-refundable booking which i had to change last minute because of last minute changes to my travel schedule and the hotel accommodated my request. I was greeted by friendly staff and a nice tropical juice. The hotel facilities are super clean and spacious, placed amongst beautiful flowers and trees - a small paradise
