ItalyThis is probably the best hotel we stayed in Ecuador. The place is stunning, surrounded by 1000 hectares of cloud forest yet you feel absolutely safe and comfortable inside. Everyone is kind and professional, food was exceptional (and I am Italian and not easy to please :)…), the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is 24 hr room service and a in-house doctor, a library, a cute boutique shop and they offer a spa and hot tub to relax. Guides are well prepared and very kind! We had Jonathan and loved the activities together.
