A very comfortable hotel, big but so well-designed and managed that you don’t feel it. Spacious room and bathroom, good lighting, comfy bed, fab breakfast, faultless wifi, nice staff. The fastest elevators I’ve seen, which does make a difference. Free bike rental was a big perk!

I've stayed in this hotel several times during work-related trips and keep returning to it. It has all the services I need: a cozy, clean, quiet, and well-equipped room. As a bonus, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and I've always had a good sleep there. In my view, Omena Hotel managed to get the balance right - investing in the important things (cleanliness, comfortable beds, sound isolation) and ditching the unnecessary fluff (lobby, reception, etc.). The location is also perfect - just around the corner from the main square on the one side and a scenic walk by the Aura river on the other. It's really an excellent value for money.

A stunning example how perfect a tourist-level hotel can be (and actually should be!) run. Everything was just flawless, smooth check-in, cozy room - small but well-thought & equipped, sufficient breakfast with plentyfull of choice. Ideal for a short tourist stay while discovering lovely Turku. Conveniently located just next to the city bus station and superclose to the city bus stop to the airport
