The accessibility of the village is great and the village is an ideal location to explore the Peak District. I used to live in this part of the world and it was nice to visit all the nearby towns and the surrounding countryside. There are two small pubs in the village which are easily accessed from anywhere in the village. Bonsall is a lovely old village with lots of history.
Bonsall is a lovely old village with lots of history. Very unspoiled. You can buy a pack of walks which take you round the village talking about places of interest! In a good location for other interesting places such as Cromford, Matlock Baths. We ate at the Fountain cafe and Barley Mow. Highly recommended.Guest review byGillianUnited Kingdom
