Hotel not to far from Inverurie’s railway station. The local area is steeped in history. Note: The :Maiden Stone” is close by. Monymusk Church, which is good to visit, is one of the oldest in Scotland. Monymusk is approximately 6 miles away. Old Meldrum Distillery is well worth visiting. the hotel was beautifully furnished and very comfortable with a lovely roaring fire in the lounge.It was in a very isolated position with no facilities near so the hotel was the only choice for dining.
