Hi, I was staying with my daughter who arrived before me at the hotel and checked in. When I arrived after 11pm the reception called my daughter to check that she was expecting me and was ok for me to go to the room. I was impressed and really appreciated this level of security and safety before just letting me go to the room. It was highly professional and done with no fuss.

Maisie and Jos (at the front desk) were just wonderful. We arrived late at night and they so warmly welcomed us and got us to our room. The room itself was perfect.
