Fabulous central location. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was huge and freshly cooked. The customer service we received was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Everything was amazing. The location is breathtaking, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, thank you Ellie-Jay for your support with changing our room as we wanted a creek view room. The breakfast was more than sufficient and very tasty and fresh. The dinner was delicious, with plenty of choices on the menu and excellent quality of food and services provided. The Spa was clean and suits all the needs. The pool was clean as well as the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Spacious room and bathroom, very well-lit and clean. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed three consecutive weekends at The Bear and enjoyed all weekends. We had a meal in the restaurant and the staff member was very friendly. The food was great. We also had drinks in the bar, again the staff were great. The rooms we stayed in were very comfortable with everything we needed. Highly recommend staying at The Bear.

    Chidham is a location we've not been to before but we would...

    Chidham is a location we've not been to before but we would definately like to visit again. The countryside is tranquil and beautiful and we would have loved to explore it more. Although it seems remote the nearby city of Chichester is very handy and also very beautiful - all round its a great place to visit.
