Gerrard's Cross is a nice town in a prosperous area.

Gerrard's Cross is a nice town in a prosperous area. It's well serviced with a Tesco and Waitrose and has a few restaurants that seemed good though I can't actually recommend any except the Ethorpe's restaurant. To be honest, if we stay in the area again, I'd like to see if we can find something in Beaconsfield, for a change if nothing else.

Lovely little village, regular train station, their staff are very helpful in providing tips re: train s to take/stops to get off. It's a short journey to central London. There are en ough eateries to satisfy most palettes.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. An ideal choice if you are visiting London as the train is only a short walk away. Journey into London only 20mins. Very friendly staff and good facilities. Excellent parking. This is our second visit and another visit has been booked for July. Thoroughly recommend.

Great location for train into Central London. Restaurant and bar area were rooms were spacious. staff were very attentive at reception and couldn't do enough for us. would definitely stay here again.

The Bull is very clean and well organized.

The Bull is very clean and well organized. The staff were always friendly and respectful. A beautiful place to get married and have your reception. Also five minutes walk from a lovely high street and trains/ transport system. 😀😀😀

We really enjoyed the hotel.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Our room had everything we required. One issue was that the floorboards were very squeeky and therefore pretty annoying. We appreciate it must be difficult to resolve this problem. Also it was very noisy on the Friday evening, mainly caused by a stag night! We had a good breakfast one day and found a couple of very good restaurants in the village within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a period inn going back hundreds of years so we weren't expecting plush or modern. The location is excellent, about half a mile outside Gerrards Cross, easy to find and plenty of free parking although you do have to register your car as they use ANPR which is fair enough. Got a good feel for the place when we entered through the pub, it has the charm you would expect from such an old building and plenty of space for eating, drinking and relaxing. Breakfast on days 2 and 3 were superb, day 1 not so good, see below

I had an impromptu overnight stay. I booked the hotel late Friday evening at 8pm and checked in at 8:30 pm. Check in was a doddle and staff were extremely helpful in directing me to local facilities in the town as I arrived too late to take of dining in the restaurant. The superior deluxe double room I stayed in was extremely well appointed and made for a much needed relaxing and comfortable night stop. I awoke in the morning fully refreshed and rested and after a delicious breakfast I was set up to continue on my way.

Beautiful hotel with recently renovated and decorated rooms. Huge room and bathroom. Very comfortable large bed. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast choices were generous. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions and all the food was excellent. Free parking on site. Only a 25 min easy drive from Heathrow Airport. Lovely local area.

We stayed on the 8th May. The room was amazing, the decoration was also very in Vogue. The TV was the biggest I've seen in a hotel room! Our server for our evening meal was very attentive and informative, and would like to pass on our thanks. Unfortunately we didn't get his name!
