The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit 10 minutes walk from the venue we were visiting. Excellent value for money. Good size room well furnished. Lovely large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a wow! Nearly the same size as the bedroom with a huge walk in shower and lovely spacious bath. Loved the complimentary continental breakfast. Lots of choices. The staff were lovely and both times we stayed we were lucky that our room was ready on our arrival so didn't have to wait till check in time. We didn't expect this but it was a lovely unexpected bonus. The car park has been extended this year which made it much easier to park. All in all a really great stay and exceptional value and would definitely stay again if visiting Boston.

    Loved the location, 20 min jog down to the sea if you fancy...

    Loved the location, 20 min jog down to the sea if you fancy it. Garden was amazing, loved the pond with all the ducks. Cottage had everything needed for a short or long stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with the local knowledge Hope to come back another time :-)
