Sean is an exceptionall host, very kind , friendly and helpful. He made sure that his guests are comfortable and well looked after. This b&b is a little gem in the centre of Bishop Auckland, the pictures on booking.com don't do justice to this b&b. You will be amazed by its cleanliness, comfy bed, guests beverages, the continental breakfast and other facilities. The b&b is in an ideal location with various amenities such as supermarkets, petrol station, restaurants etc. I would definitely return back and recommend this b&b.

The place was just so wonderful and cozy; the location was beautiful and it was perfect to visit with a small child - safe to just run out and play in front of the house. The arrival instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. The tiny house was really comfortable and clean. Internet became available throughout the stay, although it was also fine without... A very relaxing stay!

    Bishop Auckland was a good place to visit on a short stay dropping son off at Durham. Well worth a visit. The area around the castle is peaceful and some nice walks. The town hall is an example of good civic architecture.
