Frequent traveller visiting places and hotels all over the world & a chef myself, this was a real reminder of excellence in such a gorgeous location. I wanted to eat everything on the menu, which has clearly been put together to take advantage of locally sourced produce. The staff couldn't do enough for us , with a good old-fashioned customer service. The decor and rooms make for a country house feel with a modern twist.... There's been no expense spared on the recent refurbishment. If Iived a little closer, I would be a regular, sadly living in Perth Australia 🇦🇺 it will have to be next year! Good luck to the whole team as you make this beautiful place come into its full glory.

I absolutely adored this place! I, unlike most, traveled without a car and it was just as easy to get to which was surprising. The vibe of the place is chill and everyone I met was super friendly. The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable, I felt so at home. Breakfast was 10/10. Bus stop and shops just a couple minutes walk and ponies not much further.

    Very nice places to eat, not far from property.

    Very nice places to eat, not far from property. Two good pub restaurants to have a meal, very good food. Only thing is it is dark on returning back to base, used sat nav to get the small distance as very narrow lanes and hard to see where they are. Will go back in the spring/summer next time.
