This hotel was excellent value for money and a great place to stay in the area. Very luxurious rooms, all very clean and well organised. Friendly and welcoming staff. Secure storage for bicycle. Supermarket nearby. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely amazing, very clean, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The bed was super comfy, and we slept so well. Although I was arriving before official checkin has started I could enter the cabin. Everything was as described. It was clean and comfortable, well equipped with even a microwave. The staff was extraordinary friendly.

Dinner was absolutely superb. Generous portions. The asparagus starter was to die for and my family loved their steak and ale pies. So much so, that we asked to compliment the chef who was thrilled. Breakfast was great, generous portions again. The room was very comfortable and being on a main road the pub was located conveniently for where we came from and were going to. Not too noisy and I could imagine sitting outside on a summer's evening having a drink. Loads of parking at the back of the pub. My cousin had gifted us a bottle of wine before we arrived and we were offered a selection to choose from. Staff was very knowledgeable about the local vineyards. Scarlet took care of us and was incredibly friendly! Beverly was on duty the following morning and was great.
