Received a phone call this morning from the owner in which he offered a parietal refund as we very disappointed and actually rather disgusted with the stay. Unfortunately the owner has now said that due to our last review he will not be giving us any money back unless we take down our previous review. Excellent hosts Kenny and Cath - friendly and helpful. The hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment this year with further work to be carried out later this year to the hotel facade and the bedrooms and en-suites.
