We were very satisfied with the stay. The location was perfect for us - close to the station and with a nice route to Hadrian's Wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, food in the hotel's restaurant and the atmosphere of the place.

This place is the best I've ever rented. Just blew me away. It's beautifully clean and it's got everything. Even the guide to the property (appliances etc) was really well done. It's close to another house but it was quiet and we weren't dusturbed. If I ever want to visit anywhere within 100kms of this property, I will stay here and do the driving. I wish I could have stayed a week. Every night I would have come back and it would still have been wonderful.

We loved everything, from the warm, informative greeting from Linda, to being able to watch the sheep grazing from our window, the excellent breakfast and the quirky placemats, and all the lovely little extras in our room. It was a delight.
