Absolutely stunning. Beautifully restored. The gardens and the maze were a delight. The staff we met and interacted with went above and beyond. The room was charming. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

I have been coming the the park since I was a child, and both my kids first theme park. Lots of happy memories. So to stay in the hotel was another thing to add! We shall be back to stay when the park is open 🙂

Cottage No 1 in Peel Aldergate was perfect for our 2 night stay to Tamworth. The cottage was spotlessly clean, the 2 bedrooms were perfect for 2 adults and 2 children and the beds were really comfortable. After a change to our schedule the day of check in, I rang the hotel to see if they could facilitate out of hours check in and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Keys were left in a drop box and all of the details were sent to me via WhatsApp, including a walk through video. This is an exceptional service. This location was our base for exploring Cadbury World, Sea Life and Drayton Manor (10 mins drive). Only a 10 minute walk from Tamworth Train station.

Our stay was wonderful because of a member of staff called Janet. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home after a long journey. The warm atmosphere and sharing an evening with the locals enjoying karaoke was fun. We will definitely return because of the service! Big thankyou to Janet please 🙏
