Brand new facility with amazing view, super tidy and clean, very tasty breakfasts, nice design and super comfy bed matresses . Very good value for money. Every day we slept really well because the beds are comfortable, it was quiet and pulling the curtains makes the room go completely dark. The host is really nice and the kitchen is well equipped.

The owner Kaha, his mother and Mrs. Tamila were super kind and welcoming. I checked-in in the very early morning due to my flight, I appreciate this opportunity and the fact that Kaha was promptly responsive. The place is just 5 mins by walk from Avlabar metro. Avlabar offers many great highlights ( Trinity Church, Metheki Church, President residence, and many restaurants, cafe', shops, groceries..), it's just 10 mins walk from the most touristy center. I like a lot more the local vibe of this neighbourhood. The room was a bit tiny, all new refurbished and super clean, it's wisely equipped with everything you need ( fridge, spacious wardrobe).There's a lovely balcony where you can sip tea or coffee ( gently offered as complimentary) and a little kitchen with a kettle, microwave, a small electric stove and a washing machine free to use. I'd definitely recommend this place, I hope to visit again!
