The hotel is well located in the old town close to Liberty Square. Really a good point to begin the visit of the wonderful Tbilisi. The structure is quite new. Room has all necessary and the bathroom is spacious with the shower comfortable and really well done. The staff is kind and welcoming. So I have found all perfect in my experience. If you want the breakfast could be improved a little bit, but is ok. Anyway, based on my experience I feel to recommend this place.

The city is amazing!

The city is amazing! Perfect combination of historic architecture and modern buildings. Food was okay. Found great places for local ones. And the streets are beautiful. The river was my fav!! Moving around the city on foot can get confusing sometimes! We couldn’t find crossings! And there were a lot to do! So next time maybe I plan a longer one.

On the first day in Tbilisi we went to Rike Park and then by the cable car up to see the views of Tbilisi at sunset. Then we walked on the Bridge of Peace and went to the east side of Mtvkari river. We had dinner at Shatre, Sabatono and some other restaurants. It was easy and inexpensive to get around the city with a Bolt. A visit to the Mtatsminda Park and Botanical garden is for young children.

Tbilisi is a city that blends history, hospitality, and charm in a way that’s truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt a genuine warmth from the people—welcoming smiles, respectful attitudes, and a readiness to help that made every interaction pleasant. The city itself is a beautiful mix of old and new. Walking through the cobbled streets of the Old Town, you’re surrounded by centuries of history, colorful balconies, and stunning views from Narikala Fortress. At the same time, modern cafés, art spaces, and vibrant neighborhoods like Vera and Vake show how alive and evolving the city is. Public transport is efficient, and the Metro system is easy to navigate. I appreciated how affordable everything was—from food to travel—and how safe I felt exploring both day and night. One of the highlights was the food: rich flavors, generous portions, and a growing number of halal-friendly options. Tbilisi is a 2-3 night stay max. I got a very nice feeling in the city center, relaxed atmosphere, but I think there is nothing to do if you go to the outskirts and there is not really that much to do apart from walk around the main attractions. The food is amazing, definitely try the egg Khachapuri and Khinkali. Good attractions to go is to use the cable cars to see the view from the hill, visit the big church on the other side of the river, and walk around the old city which is where I found most of the restaurants. The service in Tbilisi was very slow, be ready to wait for 20 minutes for your drink / food to be served. Never take the scammer taxi drivers from the airport and take Bolt everywhere, you can go all around the city for the price of £2 - £8 max. Using Bolt from the aiport to the city center was around £20.

New and clean renovation with good materials, the architecture is made in the style of old Tbilisi, everything is clean, warm and beautiful. Made with taste. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels, bathrobes, bed. Tea, coffee upon request . everything is clean, warm and beautiful. Wonderful hospitable people work in the hotel. The atmosphere and comfort that they create added additional colors to my impressions of Tbilisi and Georgia. The hotel is located in the city center. You can always park your car. Highly recommended!!

Penthouse hotel is really value for money, it is in a great location, walking distance to old town, the cable car that goes up to the Mother of Georgia, and 5 minutes' away from Alvabari metro station. The staff were helpful, my parents fell sick during the trip and they helped to make an appointment with a local doctor and arrange a taxi to send them there. Breakfast range was limited and it would have been nice to have fresh bread but we thought that the French toast and pancakes were good. Water was hot and pressure was good.

I was travelling with a friend and we had 2 rooms, and we were both extremely comfortable at Twentyone - especially the beds! The staff were all lovely and the hotel was very clean and nicely designed. The location worked well with a short walk into the Old Town via different routes, both with excellent places to drink Georgian wine on the way. We started each day discussing our plans over a relaxed breakfast with a nice range of food.

The place was amazing! It was so clean and so pretty. The place owners are so sweet and helpful, I’ve asked a couple of questions about Georgia and they didn’t hesitate to answer! The location is perfect, it’s within a 7 minutes walk from the metro station and right beside it there are bus stops that goes to the most touristic attractions! They set our expectations high for future bookings! Thank you 🙏🏼

The wonderful receptionist, I do not know her name, but she was very kind and lovely, and she wore glasses to describe her exactly ☺️ This and the hotel are awesome, close to the city center, and all services are available. If I come to Georgia again, I will definitely return to it
