The location of the Hotel is great. There are a lot of restaurants close by and the beach was in 5 meter distance to the hotel. This is totally a dream hotel for the families with the kids. The people who were working in the hotel was always nice and helpful. The room was clean and had a very nice view. The sea was clean and nice. Pool was a playing ground for the kids. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying.

I stayed in the new suit with sea view. First of all I like the decoration of the room. Completely Agean style design with high ceiling where you feel yourself peacefull and calmy. I heard the wave sounds in the morning and the view from the room is very peaceful and made me happy. The hotel owners are very friendly. They made eveyrthing to feel myself in my own home. Another thing that i like at the room was the quality Nespresso coffee machine. The hotel is 30 steps away from the sea. Very clean water, beatiful beach with trees.

The location away from the crowds we think is the best on the island. Big generous rooms, great balcony with views and good air con. The beach is lovely and private with crystal clear water. Nico is an attentive host and his team of staff are all wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they went out of their way to assist. We particularly appreciated them linking us up with Christos the taxi driver who we could just txt and he’d pick us up from anywhere on the island. The drinks and food at the bar were appreciated especially the freshly squeezed juices and coffees. Lots to do and see on Leros and our highlight was walking at sunrise to Panteli Castle. Highly recommend this accommodation.

I think it is the nicest bay and the best beach in Leros and...

I think it is the nicest bay and the best beach in Leros and one of the best in the Dodecanese. However, here are some things to know: the beach is very long and very narrow, it has small pebbles and no sand; families with children must also know that, like in many places along the Aegean, the water becomes deep after a few steps. It is a wonderful place to swim!

The Alinda Hotel and its accompanying taberna are the center of most nighttime activity on Leros. Three nights a week there is wonderful live Greek music and dancing: a typical Greek experience by Greeks!

Alinda is, like the rest of Leros, not very interesting for...

Alinda is, like the rest of Leros, not very interesting for travellers. The beaches are of mediocre quality at best and walking/hiking/taking a stroll is more often than not a hazardous operation, due to the narrow streets and roads without a trace of sidewalks. The quality of restaurants and bars varies but is on the whole good enough.

Alinda is located at the far end away from the ferry port...

Alinda is located at the far end away from the ferry port town of Agia Marina. It’s nice and quiet with very little traffic. It’s more traditional than touristy. There are many choices for walks…both challenging and easy. Several tavernas were open even though it was off season. Lovely people! If you want to go further afield on Leros there are car hire places at Alinda. The buses didn’t run off season but they are pretty good during the season. Don’t miss the patisserie at Agia Marina…and it’s a good walk too.

The hotel was comfortable and the grounds very attractively maintained. The breakfast buffet and restaurant offered an excellent range of food and on request were happy to cater for food sensitivities. The catering staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The tap water was drinkable. We felt well looked after during our stay. Leros is a lovely island. It offers great food, clear seas and has not been spoiled by tourism.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Beach was in front of the hotel. Breakfast had good variety, with local desserts made on the day. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. The little one loved the fresh orange juice from the bar. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back :)

We loved the position of the hotel with the beach (with very comfortable lounges) across the road, great tavernas within walking distance and friendly, helpful hosts and staff. Great to have a drink by the beautiful pool. Would definitely stay again.
