Good Cretan breakfast: Coffee, fresh orange juice, omelete, special cheese pie. The venue has live music events in the mornings with local or international, even experimental music.... The couple in charge of this place are incredibly nice and accomadating. The food is cooked at your request, at almost any time you'd like. It's delicious and an amazing price per meal. They even went above and beyond to give me directions for hiking mount ida and packing me a lunch to take

Perfect location in the mountains that could be a base for a short drive day trips to Arkady Monastery, multiple gorges and beaches on the north coast. There are walking distance Supermarket and local tavernas. Place is fully renovated with spacious 3 bedrooms and Huge bathroom. Air conditioner was in each room. This was first time after 12 days of travel we feel comfy on new matrasses and sparkling high-end linens. Yet we have no chance – all tableware was new as well. Host went an extra mile and provided six types of water/soda and coffee. We really like staying in Casa Moderna and highly recommend it.

It was absolutely magical.

It was absolutely magical. It had snowed before we were there (the roads were cleared) the drive up was beautiful. Lovely village. If you're a walker with pets lovely areas to walk to. Fantastic supermarket. Had absolutely everything you needed. We went in February so the restaurants were closed only opening Friday. Saturday and Sunday off season. Hotel suites where we stayed were lovely and clean. Energy fire with a box of logs outside the door so you could light it yourself. Air conditioning units at 25 degrees 24/7 it was February. Everything you needed was in the apartment stovetop, oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dinnerware , cutlery, glassware, fridge freezer, washing machine. Everything was in top condition. Towels, bathrobes and slippers. Toilet roll, soaps, shampoo etc. They thought of everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely going to stay again and for longer. Pet friendly too ❤🐾🐾
