It was incredible to find such a comfortable villa in such a wild location. The villa is not big, but it has everything you need. You can tell it was made with a lot of love and care. They even provide robes, slippers, breakfast items, and a fully stocked minibar, which is so convenient since there are no shops within walking distance. The location is unique, with a stunning view of the rice terraces—no houses in front, offering complete seclusion and privacy. There are no tourists around, so you get to experience Bali in its untouched beauty. We were welcomed so warmly, and they prepared an incredible surprise that I will remember for the rest of my life. There was a bird in a cage, which we were asked to set free as a symbol of liberation. It was so unexpected, yet so beautiful and moving! Another amazing thing was that you can walk down to the river and wander through the rice fields completely alone. The energy there is something else—I've never felt anything like it anywhere else! I left feeling rejuvenated in both body and soul. I fell in love with this place forever!

Amazing luxury ecolodge right in the slopes of Mount Batukaru run by a Balinese-adopted Australian family. Beautiful houses and architecture. Natural swimming pool, plus river pools. Being in the middle of nature, just jungle sounds. The best is all the community and environmental projects the lodge supports with the income they get, plus projects to preserve the rainforest. The restaurant serves delicious dishes and exquisite desserts. It was a bit out of our budget but for a few nights it was a dream to be there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. Every detail, from the luxurious amenities to the breathtaking views, was meticulously crafted to enhance the stay. The staff at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa were exceptional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and provided invaluable local insights that enriched my trip. The surrounding area is just as impressive, offering a perfect mix of natural beauty and tranquility. Whether enjoying a quiet moment in the lush gardens or exploring the vibrant local culture, every moment was filled with delight. Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa is truly a gem in Bali, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

This was a real find. A genuine eco lodge, where they grow their own food and encourage you to appreciate their land and its produce - rice, fruit and coffee. It's stunningly beautiful, and excellent value for money. We would definitely go back again. Loved it.

If you are even slightly interested in nature, you will love this place. It was full of plants that I had seen for the first time in my life. It was a wonderful experience for me and especially my father. The fruits they serve for breakfast are picked from the garden right in front of your eyes. The employees were very polite. We couldn't meet him, but the host Dewi was always in touch with us. The food was very delicious. We ate different things from Indonesian cuisine every day. We stayed in the middle of nature. We woke up in the morning with the sounds of birds. clean air. In the morning, they put flowers and incense everywhere as per Hindu tradition. The beautiful scent of this makes you feel good. We even planted pineapples when we left.

Everything was perfect. An unique experience in the middle of nowhere, with beautiful garden and private waterfall. The tent was beautiful, very comfortable, all facilities was provided. The entire resort was wonderful.

The entire resort was wonderful. This is not for someone looking for a 5 star resort but it is a 5 star eco resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings and wish we had had a longer time to do more hiking. The food was wonderful and staff went out of their way to be certain our stay was excellent.
