This is a special property, parts of the original building are from the 1700s, and in the same family for many decades. The house is meticulously kept, and Bernie and Declan are lovely, friendly hosts. Breakfast included their own farm’s eggs and meats, with homemade breads. This stay made the end to a two week stay in Ireland so special and memorable!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful but only a short walk to the beautiful ciry of Athlone.

I had food in the bar.. it was fabulous... mouth wateringly good.. service was excellent I had the full breakfast and it was great too.. the ladies were so friendly and checked in to see everything was OK.. the girl that was on the front desk was so helpful and accommodating and very friendly..
