I booked this accommodation for my parents and aunt as they planned their tour after the attack Pahalgam, and they were a little concerned with everything. But the hotel staff and Mr. Yakub took special care of them and made them feel like family. The food prepared by the staff was really amazing, and this is a perfect spot to feel like home. This hotel really exceeded all I knew in terms of Customer Focus! It was amazing to see literally every single employee, on a sample of 10+ people, trying everything they could to make my stay as good as possible. Specially Basharat (ready to manage a 5-stars hotel chain in my opinion, very professional and effective), Samir (the kindest waiter there could be), Imran (efficient and customer oriented) and Atiqur, the General Manager who carefully organized everything and went beyond the extra mile to support. Besides the rooms were spacious, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is an oasis after a long day on the cold and dry weather.

Our time in the Houseboat Wild Rose was a wonderful experience full of nice moments with our lovely Host-Family, great food from Kashmere and if course the beautiful nature of Dal Lake with all it's Eagles, Kingfishers (the bird ;D), Lotusplants and many more! Our Highlight was a 7 day Trekkingtour in the Himalaya with Faizan (our Host Jr.) where we saw not just some amazing mountains but also the life of the local people there. We really enjoyed our time here and hopefully come back one Day. Thank you Ibrahim and your Family!

Everything was fantastic. A really authentic (100+ years old) houseboat with prime location (though you always need to take the little boat to get there). The owner and staff are super helpful and (importantly for Kashmir) not pushy in selling you additional activities but supporting your plans regardless of whether you make them with them or not. Thanks again, it was wonderful!
