This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Our group of 6 people had an unforgettable experience during our stay at Hotel Gyalpo Residents. The quality of this hotel truly surprised us, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff, available 24/7, went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding dining experience at Hotel Gyalpo. Both breakfast and dinner were culinary delights that left us all speechless. The variety and quality of the dishes were second to none, and every member of our group enjoyed every meal to the fullest. It's not often that you find a hotel with such exceptional dining options. In addition to the service and food, the ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel were truly delightful. We found the surroundings to be soothing and the overall environment to be peaceful, making it the perfect place for relaxation and unwinding. Staying at Hotel Gyalpo was an absolute pleasure, and it brought a new level of joy to our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable hotel experience. It was truly a boutique property as advertised and ticked all the boxes... Food was exceptional in quality and presentation. It was a superb fusion of Ladakhi ingredients and recipes with contemporary style. We went there for a couple of meals and ended up staying with them for 3 nights....!!! Totally unplanned and totally worth it....!! The staff and the gracious owner, Ms.Rigzin, went out of their way to help us source a few of the things she had used in her resort. The rooms were in Duplex style with common area at the bottom and the bed room and bathroom on the first floor. Very stylish furniture and accessories, all with a Ladakhi twist. Heating and Air conditioning were excellent and did not feel like LEH in November... (Outside temperature was -3 degrees Centigrade at night..!!) All in all one of the best places to stay in LEH for my money....

The beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is only a couple of years old. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Fantastic helpful staff especially Naman on the front desk and the Chef. The owner kindly arranged a taxi to pick us from the airport and was available throughout our stay if we needed any help. Great location with the main market a short 10 minute walk. Delicious breakfast and room service provided by the talented Chef and his team. Really going to miss the masala omelettes for breakfast.
