I initially took a room for a day, and then the owner of the hotel offered to stay for a long time. It is very good that with the help of him we found accommodation quickly for a long time. Polite and friendly host of the hotel. I don't mind late check-in, it always helps with everything, even just carrying heavy luggage. The accommodation is good in the Indian style, if something needed to be brought or added, the owner reacted very quickly to any requests. It is located in the busiest part of the main shopping street and 5 min. walk to the beach, which is very convenient and safe. Thank you so much for the accommodation and the courteous welcome. I recommend it to everyone, the price and quality match.

This place is so amazing, the pictures just don’t do it justice. The resort is newly renovated, with lavish gardens, nestled between the beach and the river. What truly made our stay outstanding is the staff. Absolutely everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. That also included serving us breakfast either by the sea or by the river. On that note, chef is brilliant and the food is outstanding. If you’re looking for a serene place to enjoy the best of Indian hospitality, make sure to book this place. One of the best stays we had in Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk from the beach, yet tucked away enough to give that peaceful, relaxed vibe. The in-house restro bar served delicious food (highly recommend trying their pizza, and cocktails)
