I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The room was spotlessly clean, and the view of the sea and mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The room and private bathroom were new, spotless, and perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious—Angela even asked our preferences to make sure we felt at home. She welcomed us with a drink upon arrival and stayed in touch beforehand to ensure we had no trouble finding the place. She also gave us great tips on transport and places to visit. We’d definitely stay here again!

Agerola provides an escape from the tourist busy towns on...

Agerola provides an escape from the tourist busy towns on the Amalfi coast. It is higher in elevation than the towns of Amalfi, Positano and Maiori. These towns are port towns and in the busy travel months are always full of tourists. However, there is more to do in these towns than in Agerola, and if you plan to only stay in one of those towns, only go between 2 close towns, spend your vacation time on the beach, then I would recommend to stay in one of the coast towns. If you want a more central point to all of these and other towns (ex. Sorrento, Ravello, etc...) and plan to travel each day to a new town and a quiet place to rest at night, then Agerola is a great place to stay. If you stay in Agerola and since the roads are one lane both ways, you have to factor in travel times to all other towns (in case you need to catch a ferry, have dinner reservations, etc...).

The small town feel of Agerola was great as we arrived from Rome which was really chaotic Loved the rooms. Better if there was an elevator for those staying in the upper storeys. Love the breakfast. Better if more helpers rather than just the 1 person who was overwhelmed by the needs of everyone. Value for the money no equal. Was the best deal in our Italy tour

Agerola was a small village that was used as a drop off...

Agerola was a small village that was used as a drop off point by the hotel shuttle from where either a private or public bus could be caught to Amalfi on the coast. The were several cafes and restaurants around the place for a coffee whilst waiting for the bus. The area would be extremely attractive for hikers which we are not.

A quiet and peaceful area with many possibilities and attractions. Excellent public transport connections. Close to beaches, mountain trails, picturesque towns and restaurants. Excellent hotel infrastructure. Various types of shops - from grocery stores to hiking equipment. Limited but free public parking. Scooters available for hire. Public laundries.

We loved where we stayed.

We loved where we stayed. Last year, we visited the Amalfi Coast which was beautiful. This year we went to Capri, which was amazing. The local shops were great and the people are very friendly and helpful. We ate locally or cooked and had a few favourite spots. It was easy to walk around where we stayed, for longer trips we had the rental car. We could ask our host for directions and tips on where to visit.

The breakfast, the staff, the quiet premise and the lovely environment, ask the host to tell you the best beaches along the Amalfi coast. 3 nights is just not enough! The restaurant (in 100 m, another hotel) next door is great! Local food production, yum and fresh. The house is located in the best spot where you can park the car, do the laundry and go to restaurants! Will definitely come back again!

Staff is soooo friendly and helpful --> just stay at this place and you have a perfect experience of the "Sentiero degli Dei" (directly next to the hotel, staff helps you book your ferry back etc.) The view from the terrace is breathtaking - mountains on one side, sea on the other. Huge breakfast to be prepared for hiking.
