Clean/Responsive/Hospitable: We stayed here for a full week from Canada. We felt at home and perfectly comfortable. The host was responsive and available. The host was generous with their time and showed us a tour of their well-kept and rustic grounds. They drove us to their boars and fig trees and olive trees on their large grounds. One of the first agri-tourism in the area. We stayed here for a full week and it felt like home; we bought groceries 6 minutes way and used the bbq and stove/oven, we washed our clothes in the washing machine and hung our clothes to dry in the sun, the host replaced our towels regularly. The two bedrooms each had a king sized bed, each with its own bathroom. They were easy to talk to, and they spoke English and Italian. The hosts informed us of local attractions. The price was exactly as shown on <booking.com> with no extra charges. The accommodations were very clean and picturesque. The hosts definitely embodied warm inviting Italian hospitality. They went above and beyond our expectations. Gioia their little puppy made our stay even more joyful. We are planning on retuning 100%.

We were incredibly pleased with everything. First of all, thanks to the hospitable staff, your stay is even more beautiful. The cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and pillow was wonderful. The pool was clean, breakfast was very good. We had our meals at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very successful.

Amazing property that will give you a real Tuscany vibe. Great staff both in a hotel and a restaurant that will make you feel very welcomed and taken care of.Rooms have character and beautiful views from the terrace. The place is great to stay the whole day: you have sub beds, pool, pool bar you can eat lunch in, tennis court ect. There is also parking on the spot for free. Breakfast was huge and delicious, with fresh fruit you could squeeze a juice, selection of ham and local cheese, smoked salmon and prosecco.We fully recommend you to visit La Bianca restaurant for a dinner that has evening charm on the pool and great food.Hotel is also pet friendly, so many guests were with their dogs, which was very nice to have around

A fantastic location to discover the Chianti valley and Sienna. The hotel is really nicely decorated and relaxing with a fantastic view on the hills & vine fields. The bistrot is really good (book a table in any restaurant of the hotel). Castellina in Chianti and Radda are the closest villages on the Strada del Chianti with nice restaurants.

When we arrived, the owner picked us up from the bus stop. There is a complimentary shuttle service to the town. However, there is a pleasant walk along a county road through the farm lands from the hotel to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful & and lovely view from the dining area. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommend!

Spacious room with a private terrace. We had everything we needed: small fridge, air conditioner (also works for heating), comfy beds. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent: little variety, but everything was fresh and tasty. Coffee was prepared by barista and was delicious, they is also a decaf option. We had dinner in the hotel twice and we can definitely recommend it.

This hotel was my second option, as I hadn't found a suitable, pet-friendly hotel in Sangimiano. However, it turned out to be a better choice, as it's quite close to Sangimiano, and the Colle d'Ellas is a good place to dine and walk around in the evening. Additionally, it's less crowded than Sangimiano. The breakfast has vast options and in quality, the swimming pool is situated in the midst of a lush, flower-filled, and fragrant area. Having the parking lot at the hotel is rare to find in the small, old town of Tuscany; parking was stress-free. The staff are excellent; they offered me water for the next journey as well. We also found a mat and a bowl for my pet in the room. This kind of detailed service is what I've only experienced here during our journey in Tuscany. I recommend this place. This hotel is worth the money
